Telescope: MSTx-NectarCam

Description: Shaped signals are scaled by first multiplying with the first value (to integer unless sim_telarray was compiled with \texttt{DDSUM_DOUBLE}) and then divided by the second value (discarding the remainder). No such scaling is applied if first and second value are equal.
